Nestled in the scenic locale of Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh, Eterna Villa is a 500 sq. yard residence designed to redefine contemporary luxury. The architecture is defined by its strong horizontal lines and dramatic cantilevered planes that appear to float above the landscape. The facade presents a masterclass in textural contrast, featuring expansive slabs of dark, veined marble set against warm timber-toned soffits and sleek, light-colored masonry. The design is further elevated by sweeping glass balconies—including a signature curved glass corner—that dissolve the boundary between the interior and the outdoors. Integrated linear LED lighting traces the villa’s geometric silhouette, transforming it into a radiant architectural beacon at twilight. Currently in progress, this home balances grandeur with the tranquility of its mountain-adjacent setting.
