Situated in Model Town, Ambala City, the Marquina House is a 300 sq. yard residential masterpiece defined by its namesake material: a dramatic, double-height slab of Nero Marquina marble that anchors the facade. This dark, veined stone volume is pierced by recessed linear LED strips, creating a sharp, vertical rhythm that emphasizes the home's height. The design balances this monumental stone element with warm wooden soffits and light-toned horizontal cladding, creating a facade that is as inviting as it is imposing. Large glass apertures dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the exterior, while a private ground-level courtyard—complete with a modern fire pit—offers a serene retreat within the urban fabric. Currently in progress, this project represents a bold step forward in luxury residential architecture in Haryana.
